Vicky is a passionate science communicator and has extensive experience in giving public lectures and participating in science outreach events. In addition to this, she is a published science journalist having written over 30 articles for The Times (print and online) during a British Science Association Media Fellowship in 2014 and has also contributed to The Guardian and The Conversation. More recently, she was named on the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Science and Healthcare in Europe and is one of 20 2017 TED Fellows, giving her TED talk on cancer survivorship in Tanzania in August 2017.
She is currently a contributor for Forbes, writing articles for the Pharma and Healthcare section and as of August 2019 has written over eighty articles for Forbes Health, together totaling in excess of 1.2 million pageviews. She also currently works on a freelance basis for Cancer Therapy Advisor.
